Background and Discussion:
Project is located in Harris County Precinct 3 on Holderrieth Rd, between SH 249 to 850' west of Hufsmith-
Kohrville Rd. The goal of improving Holderrieth Road is to achieve a level of service to meet current and future
traffic volumes, reduce delays, and reduce structural flooding of adjacent residences businesses, and schools.
Amend the agreement to an amount of $20,000.00
Expected Impact:
The amendment to agreement will allow Harris County to perform engineering and construction for Pelican Reserve Pipeline Company, Tomball Production Company, and Tortuga Operating Company.
Alternative Options:
Alternative is to forgo the expansion of Holderrieth Road or have Pelican Reserve Pipeline Company, Tomball
Production Company, and Tortuga Operating Company perform their own work (Pelican Reserve Pipeline
