Background and Discussion:

 

The project includes the construction of 1200 linear feet of concrete hike and bike trails, along with 7000 linear feet of sidewalk and 400 linear feet of underground drainage utilities along Fry Road.  HVJ Associates Inc. will provide construction materials testing services to support the project in construction.

 

Expected Impact:

 

This agreement will allow the firm to conduct field and laboratory testing on soil, concrete, asphalt and various other construction materials to ensure the material’s compliance with Harris County Engineering Department’s adopted standards and specifications as required by state law.
