Background and Discussion:

The original agreement commenced on or about September 1, 2022.  This agreement agrees to change the address whereas, in 2023, the City of Houston replated the property such that the address for the property was changed from 6000 Canal St., Houston, Tx 77011 to 5715 Canal St., Houston, Tx 77011.

 

Expected Impact:

This agreement will allow the tenant to set up utilities in their name with the City of Houston as required by the Lease Agreement.

 

Alternative Options:

The County could choose to not renew the agreement and tenant be denied access to utilities.
