Background and Discussion:

The project limits extend along Louetta Road from approximately 500' East of Champion Forest Dr. to West of I-45, totaling approx. 6.8 miles.

The proposed improvements include base repairs, milling and overlay, updated pavement markings, and replacement of ADA ramps.

 

Expected Impact:

This project is intended to improve pavement condition, enhance roadway safety, and extend the service life of Spring Cypress Road. No impact on project schedule or cost is anticipated.

 

Alternative Options:

The County could elect to approve the requested task or choose to reject it. However, if not approved, the project will not proceed with construction.
