The 2023 Harris County Public Health (HCPH) Annual Report features the major achievements that contributed to making Harris County a healthier place for all community members. This report illustrates how HCPH is expanding access to services, highlights our innovative responses to public health threats, and introduces new evidence-based program initiatives.
