Background and Discussion:
The agreement would be for Professional On-Call Engineering Services for Construction Material Testing to facilitate the delivery of various projects within Harris County Precinct 4.
Expected Impact:
This agreement will allow the firm to conduct field and laboratory testing on soil, concrete, asphalt and various other construction materials to ensure the material’s compliance with Harris County Engineering Department’s adopted standards and specifications as required by state law.
