Background and Discussion:
On February 26, 2021, approval was requested for the County Judge to execute an agreement and approve the award to NetSync Network Solutions for Enterprise VMware software products and services supporting Harris County’s existing infrastructure (Job No. 19/0370). Since February 26, 2021, there have been four approved renewals.
Expected Impact:
The approval of this renewal allows Harris County to provide multiple services for its IT Network Infrastructure. VMware is a critical piece in maximizing server resources, secured desktops and app management across private, hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructure.
