Background and Discussion:
The Lomas Nettleton, Coffee Pot Building and Surface Lot Demolition project includes the demolition and removal of the Coffee Pot Building and Lomas Nettleton Parking garage within the downtown city block bordered by San Jacinto Franklin and Fannin streets.
This change in contract is due to CenterPoint delays for meter shut off as well as deenergizing the overhead line at Commerce Street.
Expected Impact:
Changes will allow completion of the project close-out in accordance with the original intent of the project.
