Background and Discussion:
This Contract is to assist with procurement of Corrugated Metal Pipe in sizes 24”, 30”, 36” and 42” and Band Couplers in sizes 24”, 30”, 36” and 42” for delivery by vendor for unloading by Harris County Flood Control District staff and equipment. The delivery of the product will be to either the Michael Talbott or South Service Center for Harris County Flood Control District so that in-house crews can respond to repairs for conducting priority work orders in Harris County, Texas.
On March 31, 2025, a total of one (1) bid was received for the contract to supply corrugated metal pipe and related items. After evaluating the bid, HCFCD recommends that no award be made and that the project be readvertised.
Expected Impact: Readvertise the project so the lowest cost responsible bidder can be awarded the project.
