Background and Discussion:
On March 19, 2026 Commissioners Court approved an award to Microsoft Corporation for Microsoft Unified Support Services for the term April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027.
No new funding is being requested. This work order was originally approved under the previous master contract through Amendment 6 and Amendment 10. Since these actions were approved under the previous master contract, the project details including SOW and remaining deliverables are being restated within this amendment for documentation purposes. The amount of $487,740.00 has already been budgeted and represents the remaining balance for this project, which is now projected to be completed by 5/28/27. The existing funds from the previous purchase order will be used to complete this project.
Expected Impact:
HCUS requests approval for the County judge to execute a second amendment to update the term date of the statement of work for the Azure Disaster Recovery enablement of IT infrastructure and application services to the cloud.
