Background and Discussion:
Harris County Emergency Services District No. 7 is requesting HC to abandon the portion of ROW that begins 50' south of the existing Greenfield Road termination and extends south to the north boundary of the HCESD7 property and HCESD7 is requesting to sell it to Harris County Emergency Services District No. 7.
Expected Impact:
The abandonment of this easement will allow for Harris County to receive monies related to the purchase of the Harris County right-of-way and will remove all liability for the property that the right-of-way currently encompasses.
