Background and Discussion:
The County executed an agreement for Professional Engineering Services with HR Green, Inc. on March 10, 2015, and now seeks to amend the agreement for ninth time. This amendment will facilitate the re-design of the underground storm sewer system to account for the flow being received from the Hufsmith-Kohrville Road Segment 4.
Expected Impact:
This action will allow the firm to incorporate the necessary design changes to size the storm sewer according to the flow received from the north segment.
Alternative Options:
The alternative is to not revise the plans, and the plans will not be compatible with the needs of the adjacent project segment.
