Background and Discussion:
On May 24, 2022, Commissioners Court approved an agreement with Undine Texas, LLC (Undine) to provide an adequate supply of safe drinking water for the future Northease EZ Tag Store. Undine has requested a larger area to install a backup generator to supply power to the water facility in case supplied power is lost. This will aid in providing a continuous water supply.

The executed amendment will allow the area needed to install additional equipment.
