Background and Discussion:
The position serves students in the Excel Academy Charter School who have disabilities. As a result, the position is to be charged to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act grant program.
Expected Impact:
The position allows the Charter School to more effectively utilize grant funds to serve students with disabilities.
Alternative Options:
Without updating the position, additional costs will be charged to the Charter School program and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act grant funds would not be utilized.
