Background and Discussion:
Project includes construction services of sidewalks for a variety of locations throughout Precinct 3. The Precinct has requested for the new bid item to be added for the Contractor to be compensated for work already completed.
Change includes adding bid Item #110 (PCO # 32) for furnishing and installing oversized electrical boxes within Precinct 3.
• Item 110 - Furnish & Install Oversized Electrical Boxes ($800/EA) - All missing in the current bid.
The new bid item is only to establish the unit price and there is no change to the contract amount.
Expected Impact:
Change allows Contractor to remove and replace brick fence within the Precinct 3 limit.
