Background and Discussion:

On January 29, 2026, Commissioners Court approved the advertisement for professional architectural and engineering services for the MCC replacement project at the Washburn Tunnel. 

 

This request is asking for permission to negotiate an agreement with the selected vendor, Idergy, PPLC, to perform these needed services for the project.

 

Expected Impact:

Funding for this request will come from the Toll Road Authority.
