Background and Discussion:
DEEO continues to host outreach events such as community-based meetings, outreach programs, conferences, and initiatives to reach community M/WBEs and other local businesses. DEEO’s goal to continue to expand outreach in the coming year will require additional funds for light refreshments, food, and related items. The items will be purchased from October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025.
Expected Impact:
This approval will allow the opportunity for DEEO to continue outreach events for M/WBEs and other local businesses and expand opportunities to connect and engage with the community.
