Background and Discussion:
Recommendation to Reject all Bids for Drainage System Sediment Removal and Disposal - North for the Harris County Flood Control District.
The apparent low bidder for the project was deemed non-responsive by the DEEO. The second low bidder’s bid was unbalanced, and the remaining two bids were twice the engineer’s estimate and exceed the budget.
Expected Impact:
HCFCD will re-evaluate and rebid the project at a later date.
