Background and Discussion:
14703 Partners Holdings LLC, a Texas limited liability company had requested sixth street to be disclaimed between west Hardy Road and Henry Road which has never been improved. Save and except those portions to be re-dedicated as public right-of-way shown on the proposed plat of Garfam Industries Industrial Park.
Expected Impact:
There will be no impact as sixth street has never been improved and it will clean up and develop an unimproved street and Harris County would gain a cul-de-sac on sweeney road for vehicular turn around.

Alternative routes will have greater impact on existing public infrastructure.
