Background and Discussion:
This project is to enhance safety and the end user experience at Gene Green Park through the construction of new all-inclusive playgrounds for kids ages 2-5 and 5-12.
This change in contract includes:
• To install 1 EA-20’ x 20’ x 10’ dog shade in the amount of $16,245.00
Expected Impact:
Precinct 1 will have the resources necessary to implement and construct improvements to enhance the overall
park experience at Gene Green Park.
Alternative Options:
Precinct 1 will need to make improvements to the park by other means or keep the existing conditions as is.
