Expecting 200 guests. Setup begins at 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm om 01/16/2027 with breakdown by 12:00 am on 01/17/2027. Property use will be the Bay Area Community Center grand assembly room and the small conference room. Amplified music, food and drink vendors and live entertainment will be present. Ticket sales are $20 each. The event proceeds will go towards toys for children in local cancer treatment hospitals and Women’s shelters in Galveston and Harris Counties.
