Background and Discussion:
The original construction scope for Horizon International Group, LLC., on the George H. W. Bush Community Center project was completed on June 15th, 2023. This request is for permission to partially release retained compensation in the amount of $118,885.05.
Expected Impact:
This court action would allow the Contractor to partially bill for due Retained compensation for work performed and completed.
Alternative Options:
Should we not move forward with this action, retainage will continue to be withheld on contractors for work completed.
