Background and Discussion:
Amendment No. 7 to Glo Contract No. 22-129-000-D405 revises the Performance Statements throughout the Planning Programs by adding three planning studies. Additionally, the General Affirmations and Infrastructure Program (increase of $1,750,000 from reallocated funds from the Planning Program) were revised. The overall grant budget was not changed.
Expected Impact:
There is no fiscal impact. The amendment is requested to increase resilience to disasters and reduce the long-term risk of life, injury, damage to and loss of property, and suffering and hardship, by lessening the impact of future disasters.
