Request for approval of a Lease Agreement between Harris County and WKM 3, LLC, a Texas liability company, also known as Concept Neighborhood, for the use and benefit of Harris County of a certain portion of land for a mini-soccer field located at 104 Roberts St, Houston, Texas 77003, and that the County Judge execute the Lease Agreement for a term of eight (8) years commencing February 26, 2026, at an annual base rent of $1.00, with two (2) one-year extension options, Precinct 2.

In preparation for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, Precinct 2 is moving forward with delivery of a community futsal (mini-soccer) field at 104 Roberts St., Houston, Texas 77003.
