Background and Discussion:
The project is in east Harris County in the San Jacinto River’s watershed, south of Highway 10, west of Beltway 8. The project consists of the construction of approximately 1,500 linear feet of 6-foot-wide sidewalks from Clinton Drive to Third Street, and on-street parking stalls from Clinton Drive to Eighteen Street.
