Background and Discussion:

The event runs from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm on 10/24/2026.  Regina Halley, Event Coordinator, and Jocklyn Campbell, Event Coordinator.

 

Expected Impact:

Expecting 50 guests.  Setup begins at 10:00 am - 11:00 am on 10/24/2026 with expected breakdown by 5:00 pm on 10/24/2026.  Ticket sales are $5.00 each per person.  Food and drink sales will range $1.00 to $26.00.  Property use will be the Moody Park Gazebo, sidewalks, walking paths and grassy areas nearest of the gazebo.  Site decorations, amplified sound, banners, signs, 7 tents, 7 canopies, and 7 booths will be present. A portion of the event proceeds will go towards The Cancer Awareness foundation.
