Background and Discussion:
The Harris County Office of County Administration Sustainability Division seeks to conduct building Investment Grade Audits using the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) grant funding. These audits will provide a detailed assessment of energy performance in selected County facilities, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings.
