Background and Discussion:
The project in East Harris County, consists of approximately 7,240 Linear lengths of roadway. HDR Engineering Inc was awarded a contract to provide roadway reconstruction and related improvements along Market Street from South Sheldon to Lakeside Drive. The goal is to study the existing conditions of Market Street and provide the best reconstruction options. Based on that agreement, HDR Engineering submitted the final study report on September 23, 2025.
