Background and Discussion:
Precinct 3 has requested CPI to negotiate an agreement for professional engineering services to provide program management and design of maintenance repair options to Spring Cypress Rd and Louetta Rd within Precinct 3. The total length of the project is 5.6 miles of roadway for Package 1, and 6.8 miles for Package 2, covering the subject roads.
Expected Impact:
This agreement will assist Precinct 3 in providing improvements to serve the community in this area.
