Background and Discussion:
The project consists of the construction of approximately 7,390 LF of 6-foot-wide sidewalks along east and west Uvalde Road, in Precinct 2. The project limits are from Holly Park Drive to Wallisville Road. A section of the proposed sidewalk crosses Easton gas pipeline easement, and Harris County has requested a Letter of No Objection. Easton has agreed to provide the Letter of No Objection but requested a signed copy from Commissioners' Court.
Expected Impact:
This action allows the continuation of the contracted work.
