Background and Discussion:

The lease shall commence on March 1, 2024, and shall continue in effect for a period of sixty (60) months, expiring on February 28, 2029, at midnight central standard time. The monthly payment in the amount of $9,000.00 to be paid by Harris County Public Health (HCPH) will start on June 1st, 2024. Landlord agrees to rent and lease to tenant as a gross lease, for the use and benefit of community outreach and violence prevention program, approximately 6,000 square feet of commercial space located on the property known as 16940 Ella Blvd., B-107, Houston, Texas 77090. HCPH will use the premises for general office and administrative purposes by county employees only.
