Background and Discussion:
Authorization of this amendment will allow HCTRA to maintain its existing Westside EZ Tag Storefront which is HCTRA’s largest customer facing facility. This facility assists over a thousand customers per week and houses the largest training facility for the agency’s Customer Service and Image Review operations.

This second amendment to the lease agreement will permit HCTRA to continue to serve customers in this area.
