Background and Discussion:

Drainage improvements for Keegan's Bayou D118-02-00 including channel improvements and stormwater detention basin.

 

The original deed was erroneously conveyed to Harris County but should have been conveyed to Harris County Flood Control District. In order to correct this action, a correction deed prepared by the CAO must be executed by the County Judge.

 

Expected Impact:

Provide detention volume to mitigate drainage improvements.

No alternative options. The property will remain in Harris County’s name.
