Background and Discussion:
Re-occurring inspections of the Washburn Tunnel are performed by TxDOT and HCTRA’s engineering consultants and generate inspection reports that contain issues that need to be addressed. These repairs will address items identified from inspection reports.
Expected Impact:
This project will repair concrete cracks and spalling of the tunnel liner, masonry brick, and other related concrete items at the Washburn Tunnel to ensure continued proactive maintenance of HCTRA’s infrastructure.
