Background and Discussion:
Transmittal by the Office of the Purchasing Agent of the Eighth Modification of Contract for the telepsychiatry services utilized by CSCD’s Dual Diagnosis Program (DDRP) clients for the extended period of August 1, 2025 - January 31, 2026. The Modification of Contract extends CSCD’s contract with Asana/Avel eCare for six (6) months.
Expected Impact:
Vendor to continue to provide telepsychiatry services for CSCD’s DDRP clients under the Eighth Modification of Contract to the existing agreement.
