Background and Discussion:
The Flood Control District agrees to allow Fox Television Stations, LLC, on behalf of its station KRIV to use its meteorological and hydrological data through a near real-time transmission feed at no cost as long as Fox Television Stations, LLC, on behalf of its station KRIV does not share the Data with others, acknowledges the Data is from the District in its broadcasts and on any social media posts and follows all the requirements set out herein.
