Background and Discussion:
Project includes the construction of a concrete walking trail along Fondren Diversion Channel from Willowbend Drive to West Bellfort Avenue, including the reconstruction of several back swell interceptors.
The change in contract includes:
• The final reconciliation of actual quantities used in construction against the bid quantities.
Total = ($)$4,657.30
• Adding 131 days to the contract due to the extreme number of inclement weather days during construction.
Expected Impact:
Changes will cause adjustment to the original contract to reflect actual work performed due to actual field condition so that the project can be completed in accordance with the original intent.
