Background and Discussion:
The mission of the Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force (CEHTTF) is to provide a response to the sexual victimization of children, other crimes against children & human trafficking; to identify & recover victims of child exploitation & human trafficking; to reduce vulnerability of children & adults to sexual exploitation & abuse; to reduce the negative impact of domestic & international parental right disputes while strengthening the capabilities of the FBI & federal, state, local and international law enforcement through training, intelligence-sharing, technical support & investigative assistance.
Expected Impact:
The MOU will expand the enhancement of the HCSO with the capabilities to actively engage and combat traffickers in the greater Houston area.
