Background and Discussion:

This project scope consists of a 138-acre detention basin to provide flood damage reduction. The site was previously being used for excavation and removal.

Expected Impact:

The project will improve flooding conditions within the vicinity of the detention basin by almost 1 foot in some areas.

Alternative Options:

The alternative to this agreement being approved is that we will need to seek another consultant for the work to be performed, which will significantly delay this bond project.
