Background and Discussion:
A request that the County Judge execute the owner’s acknowledgment on the subject plat for a tract of land owned by Harris County. The plat is required under the City of Houston Code of Ordinances in order to permit and construct improvements for WEST LITTLE YORK ROAD AT GRAND PARKWAY STREET DEDICATION SEC 1.
