Background and Discussion:
Based on the bid results, the recommendation of OCE and the design consultant, MBCO Engineering, LLC, it is recommended that the lowest responsive bidder, Hassell Construction Group, LLC be awarded the construction contract to perform the work for Extension of Birnam Wood Boulevard from Hickorygate Drive to south of Harris County Flood Control District (HCFCD) Unit # J109-01-01 for Harris County Precinct 3.
