Background and Discussion:

This project consists of upgrading Will Clayton Parkway Segment 1 - from 2,700-ft West of South Houston Avenue to 1,370-ft East of Wilson Road existing 5-lane asphalt roadway to a 4-lane asphalt boulevard with raised medians. This project lies entirely within Greens Bayou Watershed.

 

Expected Impact:

The project will improve the existent conditions of the subject road for the community in the specified area.

An alternative option is for the existing five lane cross section conditions to remain.
