Background and Discussion:
The proposed modification to the existing electrical service will align with the proposed Burnett Bayland Park Masterplan and the improvements outlined in the plan. The existing CenterPoint pad mounted electrical transformer located in the middle of the park will be removed and the Service Outlet Location and Data Statement is needed to establish electrical service from CenterPoint Houston Electric LLC via new overhead service transformers at a new location on the park facility.
Expected Impact:
Approval of the service outlet location statement will allow CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric LLC to continue providing electrical service to the existing buildings in the park and the relocated service equipment will align with the proposed improvements in the Masterplan.
