Background and Discussion:
Harris County Precinct One Administration Office and Service Center is a new two-story, approximately 37,000 sf building located at 2787 El Camino Street. The building will house the administrative leadership departments that serve the needs of the surrounding Harris County Precinct One community, and a well-equipped Multi-purpose Center that will accommodate the needs of the Precinct and its constituents.
This change in contract entails design changes to electrical flooring scope, sound mat scope, and installation of temporary sidewalk to natatorium.
Expected Impact:
Changes allow the completion of the project in accordance with the original intent of the project.
Alternative Options:
Should we not move forward with this change order we would not be able to include the design changes to electrical flooring scope, sound mat scope, and temporary sidewalk to natatorium.
