Background and Discussion:
Northland Joint Venture has provided the lease space for the Harris County Toll Road Authority’s North EZ TAG Store since 2015. This amendment will extend the lease from September 1, 2025 through August 31, 2030.
Expected Impact:
Funding for this request will come from the Toll Road Authority. Approval of amendment will allow the North EZ TAG Store to continue to provide continuous service in the North Harris County area.
