Background and Discussion:
Project includes roadwork items at Telge Road Segment 6 - from 300-ft North of Grant Road to 690-ft North of SH99 - 2014 Phase II, Precinct 3. The Precinct has requested for the new bid items be added to current bid items as they are already on the approved purchase order.
Change includes adding bid Item #0-150, item #0-151, item #0-152 missing in current bid items.
- PCO #4 - Item 0-150- HMAC TYPE “C" SURFACE COURSE 2" THICK (PG 64-22) - $240.75 EA.
- PCO #5 - Item 0-151- REMOVE OLD STRUCTURES - HEADWALL (ALL DEPTHS) - $1,500.00 EA.
- PCO #6 - Item 0-152- UNDERSEAL - $33.98 LF
The new bid item is only to establish the unit price and there is no change to the contract amount.
