Background and Discussion:
Contract 243 is a HCTRA capital maintenance contract to perform multiple maintenance projects on the HCTRA system in former districting Precinct 1 and now currently Countywide. Projects included were identified by the annual system inspection as well as by HCTRA Maintenance personnel, and the project package was designed by Omega Engineers, Inc. and others. The expected construction duration is 18 months.

Improved roadway conditions and extension of life expectancy for both roadways and bridges.
