Background and Discussion:
Project includes Mowing in North and Northwest Areas services for variety of locations throughout Precinct 1. The terms of services in connection with the purchase order is being closed at the request of the Precinct, and in accordance with the recommendation of Harris County Engineering Department. The final potential change order will be adding $60,285.46 to the purchase order.
Expected Impact:
Change allows the Contractor to be compensated for the actual work completed on the project.
