Request by the Constable of Precinct 7 for approval of a Memorandum of Understanding with the Texas Gun Club Group, LLC (TGC) for TGC to provide the facility for department officers to conduct training.

Background and Discussion:
TGC shall provide the Facility to CD7 for the purpose of conducting Training for CD7 Officers. CD7 will have complete access to the Facility during the time that the Training is being conducted. TGC will provide access to the Facility for five (5) days per week during the term of this Agreement. TGC will ensure that the Facility is fully operational during the term of the Agreement, including all utilities.
Expected Impact:
CD7 shall provide instructors certified in the field of law enforcement firearms training to conduct any Training contemplated. CD7 will provide copies of firearms instructor certificates for all instructors providing Training. CD7 will adhere to all rules and guidelines of use of the Facility set forth by the TGC.
The County is not appropriating any funds pursuant to this Agreement.
