Background and Discussion:

Installing a new traffic signal at the intersection of Imperial Valley Drive and Doubletree Glen Drive is a project aimed at enhancing traffic flow at the existing intersection. The service outlet location statement is needed to Remove 55ft CenterPoint Electric Power Pole and Installation of 65ft Pole to avoid conflict from HC Proposed Master Pole for traffic signal lights.

Expected Impact:

Approval of the service outlet location statement will allow CenterPoint Energy, to Install 65 Ft Electric polls, which is needed to avoid Conflict and enhance the operation of the intersection of Imperial Valley Drive and Doubletree Glen Drive.

Alternative Options:

No alternative options, the Poles must be raised to avoid conflict.
